A very rare package:

This 2018 Doosan Mynx 5400-50, heavy duty VMC with Fanuc 18iMB control, chilled 6,000 RPM BBT 50 (face & taper) spindle, with through spindle coolant, hi torque spindle motor, 24 tool side mount ATC, in immaculate condition, with full main dealer service records. Not hugely rare as is, but this one’s also offered, if required, with a RoboJob Mill Assist standalone automation package. The Fanuc M20-I A Robot arm is coupled to RoboJob’s excellent and simple to program load / unload system. This machine has been spec’d to also include a 2-sided robot gripper, for load and unload in the same move, RoboJob Mill Assist floor mounted stacking rack pallet system that has multiple additional stackable pallets included, for true lights out, unmanned load and unload. Additionally, there’s a 3 station, on table, Shunk auto vice package, auto door, full mist extraction system and a standalone Lang hydraulic crimp system, to ensure fingernail part gripping. Of course, there’s a full light curtain guarding system too, and many spare rack pallets too. The machine is offered on its own, or ideally sold with the automation system included. Full installation, training and part set up is also available, via our in-house team, or both in the UK or overseas, via RoboJob’s factory and / or agent network too if required.
