MACH Machine Tools sets its sights on the US market and will promote its popular, best-selling range of MACH manual turret-type milling machines at the forthcoming WESTEC 2025 Show in Anaheim, California (7th – 9th October).

MACH Machine Tools, a leading CNC and manual machine tool supplier based in Bristol, UK, is expanding its overseas operations and has recently created a new subsidiary in Detroit, Michigan, called MACH Machine Tools USA, to manage and coordinate its business activities in the United States.

Building on its sales successes and its reputation for supplying high quality, added value CNC and manual machine tools and equipment and best-in-class support to the UK, Irish and European manufacturers, the company has now set its sights on the US market and, as a first step, will showcase its iconic MACH VS-1 SP (Super Precision) manual turret-type milling machine on its stand (Booth 1635) at the WESTEC Show taking place in Anaheim, California in October (7th – 9th).

Moving away from the company’s successful direct sales strategy adopted for UK, Ireland and Europe, representatives from MACH Machine Tools USA will be out in force at the WESTEC show engaging and connecting with US-based machine tool distributors in a move intended and designed to develop a country-wide sales and support network.

US bound!

Says MACH Machine Tools’ Group Managing Director, David Andrew, who will be at the show:

“This is huge opportunity for MACH Machine Tools, and one we intend to grab with both hands.

“We have done our homework and know that machines, like our best-selling MACH Classic VS-1 and MACH VS-1 SP and MACH VS-2 SP manual turret mills, and our popular MACH MDT- 1 and MACH MDT- 2 (DynaPath) CNC-controlled milling machines (all assembled here in the UK), will be a big hit with US manufacturers.

The ‘assembled in the UK’ is an important and specific selling point MACH Machine Tools is hoping to exploit at the WESTEC Show and beyond, with the company keen to point out to potential US distributors and customers alike that machines assembled in the UK will attract significantly lower import tariffs than Asian-built equivalents.

US bound!

Concludes David Andrew:

““I am confident that the characteristics and attributes (i.e., build quality, accuracy, reliability and competitive pricing etc.), that have made our manual and DynaPath-controlled machines such ‘best sellers’ in the UK. Ireland and Europe, will ensure a positive reception amongst US manufacturers and, my presence at WESTEC, is designed to find like-minded machine tool distributors who recognise quality and value when they see it, and who want to become part of the MACH team.”
