MACH Machine Tools’ range of Automatic and PLC-controlled surface grinders can only be described as best-in-class. They are supplied, as is the norm for MACH Machine Tools, with everything you’ll need as standard to get working! Supplied either as an automatic machine with AC motor for rapid rise and fall of the wheel head, hydraulic table with micron-control and micron-controlled cross feed, or a fully programmable PLC-controlled machine. The PLC models have DELTA MAN-MACHINE 7.2" Colour Touch Screen, PLC-Control systems with exclusive MACH picture mode working system for conversational programming. Fully Automatic 3-Axis stepper motors with power and rapid downfeed via AC motor, digital positioning, moveable M.P.G, Micron-control cross and downfeed, operation. All machines are equipped with Electromagnetic chuck, electronic chuck control and demagnetizer., coolant and dust unit, spare wheel flange.
