MACH Machine Tools promises that Show attendees will experience an unforgettable ‘voyage of discovery’ when they visit the company’s stand (HALL 20 – STAND 110) at MACH 2026.
Showcasing its latest, high-performance DynaPath-controlled CNC machining centres, lathes and toolroom mills (all supplied as standard with MACH’s REMOTE ASSIST support), as well as its proven and popular manual machine tool and machine shop equipment ranges, the company is all set to make MACH 2026 a ground-breaking and memorable event.
MACH Machine Tools, part of the Vigilance Group, and a leading supplier of high-quality CNC and manual machine tools and best-in-class workshop equipment to UK, Irish, European and US component manufacturers and educational organisations, is promising that MACH 2026 ‘will be a Show to remember’, as it prepares to unveil its latest ranges of DynaPath-controlled machining centres, lathes and toolroom mills to event visitors.
The company, with a reputation for ‘doing things different’ and for thinking outside the box, will be showcasing seven DynaPath-controlled machine tools on its stand (HALL 20 – STAND 110).
Amongst them is the new, DynaPath-controlled MACH MDSL 203M slant bed lathe equipped with driven tooling capabilities (4,000rpm). This machine, with its rigid design and construction features a direct-drive spindle (3,500rpm), a bi-directional BMT-55 (12-station) turret and a MT4 tailstock for the secure machining of longer workpieces.

Like all DynaPath-controlled machines, the MACH MDSL 203M lathe is equipped with the advanced and proven DynaPath (CNC) control and, as such, also provides customers with MACH Machine Tools’ free, industry-leading and Wi-Fi-enabled “Remote Assist’ support that guarantees immediate, 24/7 expert (remote) applications and service support and free software updates for the life of the machine.
The MDSL 203M might well prove to be a star of the Show’, but it will not be the only one.
Rubbing shoulders with the new slant bed lathe will be a number of different DynaPath controlled machines that include a MACH MDV 1160-S (3-axis) production-oriented vertical machining centre with a BT40, 12,000rpm direct-drive spindle, and the new MACH MDM 700-AR bed mill that features a BT40, 5,000rpm spindle, roller-type linear guideways and a large worktable.

Says Dave Andrew, Managing Director, The Vigilance Group:
“Our range of DynaPath-controlled machines is constantly being expanded and upgraded, and customers visiting our stand will be able to get up close and personal to the latest additions as well as being able to check out more established models like the MACH MDL 1800 lathe, the MACH MDS 845-8T toolroom vertical machining centre and the ever-popular MACH MDT-2 turret-type milling machine.”

To explain and reinforce the inherent power, flexibility and user-friendliness of its DynaPath control, and highlight the strengths and uniqueness of the control system’s Remote Assist support facility, a separate DynaPath work station will be a main feature on MACH Machine Tools’ stand.
In addition to CNC machines, MACH Machine Tools will also be showcasing a comprehensive range of its manual machine tools and machine shop equipment – always a popular draw for component manufacturers, toolmakers and educational organisations.
The manual line-up, which will be of interest to educational organisations in particular, includes a model from the company’s much sought after turret-type milling machine tool series – a MACH VS-1 Classic - and, from its lathe range – a MACH L-1340.

MACH bandsaws, drills and linishers will also be out in force on the company’s Stand.
Concludes Dave Andrew:
“MACH Shows are always important marketing events for us, and this year is no exception.
“Our stand, with its mix of CNC and manual machines and equipment, demonstrates that we are one of the few UK machine tool companies around that can supply OEMs, Tier One suppliers and precision subcontractors and toolmakers, as well as Universities and HE/FE Colleges, with a comprehensive range of high-quality and competitively-priced technology solutions.
“Visitors onto our Stand will be able to discover, first hand, what makes MACH Machine Tools different and special.”
